Senior Zlín — passenger app

Senior Zlín is a programme by the City of Zlín that unlocks the discounted Senior Taxi Zlín service inside the GoStar app. This section is not listed in the main navigation, but is publicly accessible.

The flow is almost identical to the main passenger-app guide — only the points below are different.

What's different from normal use

1. Joining the Senior Taxi Zlín community

To use the discounted service you need to join the Senior Taxi community inside the app — add your City card number to your profile and enter the code ZLN-SEN, which links you to the City of Zlín's service.

This step is done once after your first sign-in. After that, the Senior Taxi Zlín service shows up in the booking flow automatically.

a) Add your City card to your profile

  1. In the app, open your profile.
  2. Tap "Edit".
  3. Enter your City card number (the card issued by the City of Zlín) and save.

After saving the card, link your profile to the City service using this code:

ZLN-SEN

This code connects you to the Senior Taxi service operated by the City of Zlín and activates your eligibility for discounted rides.

2. The "Senior Taxi Zlín" service when booking

When choosing a service (step 4.3 in the main guide) you'll see — in addition to the standard GoStar products — the Senior Taxi Zlín option with a discounted fare.

  • The price is lower than for standard services.
  • Long-press the "Senior Taxi Zlín" card to see how many discounted rides you have left in the current period.
  • Once your discounted rides are used up you can continue with the standard GoStar products.
