Navigation and passenger contact

The app doesn't have its own map with turn-by-turn navigation — it opens your phone's native map app instead (Apple Maps on iOS, Google Maps on Android). That gets you the voice guide, traffic data, and detour search you're already used to.

Starting navigation

In the ride detail or in focus view, tap Navigate. The phone asks which map app to open (on Android the list may include Waze, Mapy.cz, etc.) — pick your preferred one. The destination is the pickup address; in In progress state it's the drop-off address.

Stops

If the ride has multiple stops, you'll see them in the detail as a list between pickup and drop-off. The app shows the address / coordinates only — enter them into your map yourself in the order shown.

Calling the passenger

The ride detail has a Passenger card — tap it to see:

  • Name and surname
  • Phone number (tap to dial)
  • ID code (if any)
  • Card number (if any — for cash/card settlement at the end)
  • Special properties — wheelchair user, limited mobility, senior

💡 Passengers sometimes show up late. If nobody comes after Notify arrived, call them on the listed number directly from the app.

Editing passenger data

The pencil button on the passenger card opens a form where you can change name, phone, email, card number, ID code, and special properties. Changes save the moment you confirm.

⚠️ Edit only when there's a reason (e.g. the passenger reports a name correction). Changes propagate to the passenger's account.

Ride notes

Below the passenger card the Notes section shows text from dispatch or the passenger ("needs help with shopping bags", "courtyard entrance"). Always read it before you leave for the pickup.

Payment

The ride detail shows the payment method (card / cash) and amount in the header. The actual transaction is handled per the operator's rules — the app doesn't process payments.
