Start of shift

  1. Cars → tap a vehicle → Pick car.
  2. (optional) switch to Focus view for a big-button screen.
  3. Watch the connection banner — blue = Connecting, red = Disconnected.

End of shift

  1. Finish the last ride.
  2. Cars → your vehicle → Leave car.
  3. (optional) Profile → Sign out.

When to call dispatch

  • Passenger doesn't arrive 5 min after Notify arrived and isn't picking up.
  • App state doesn't match reality (e.g. didn't close after drop-off).
  • Banner stays red — Disconnected for over 5 minutes and signal is fine.

What the app does for you

  • Shares location during a ride (needs Always location permission).
  • Keeps the screen awake in focus view.
  • Plays the ringtone and vibrates on incoming offers.

What the app doesn't do

  • Doesn't navigate — uses your phone's native map app.
  • Doesn't release the vehicle on sign-out — you have to leave it manually.
  • Doesn't process payments — settlement follows the operator's rules.
